How many diffusers do I need?
Each diffuser has a range of up to 65 square meters, but walls and large pieces of furniture can block the scent. For best results, most customers use 2 to 3 diffusers to ensure good coverage throughout the home.
How long will it take before I see results?
Most dogs show improvement within a week, but this can vary depending on the dog and its stress level.
What ingredients do you use?
Pheromones are a mixture of fatty acids. Our products also contain a solvent, which ensures that the pheromones are effectively dispersed when used in a spray or diffuser.
Where should I place the diffusers?
Place the diffusers in the rooms where your dog spends the most time, such as the living room, kitchen, or bedroom.
Should I turn off the diffuser at night?
For best results, it’s best to keep the diffuser plugged in at all times. If you notice dust building up, unplug it and follow the cleaning instructions in the manual.
How often should I replace the diffuser?
We recommend replacing the refill every 30 days or as soon as it runs out. Replace the device itself after 6 months of use or after three refills (whichever comes first).
Is the smell normal?
Yes, a slight scent is normal when the diffuser is heating up. If the scent is too strong, please contact customer service.
Is it safe if I have multiple pets?
Yes, Pupr pheromones are detected only by dogs and are completely safe for other pets.
